SURF LESSON VOUCHER FAQ'S
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. You can book any available lesson within that period.
Use the code during online checkout or call/email with your code and preferred date. We’ll confirm your booking and send instructions.
Yes. You can redeem your voucher against our Surf & Yoga or Surf & Adventure weekends. If the package price exceeds your voucher value, just pay the difference at booking.
Safety comes first. We’ll adapt the time/location or reschedule. Cancellations are a last resort.
Yes. Wetsuit and board are included with all vouchers. Bring swimwear and a towel.
Yes, you can transfer it once to another person before a booking is confirmed. After booking, our standard terms apply.
