Get ready for a stag weekend packed with adventure, relaxation, and plenty of laughs. From the moment you arrive at our private wild camp to the activities and entertainment we’ve planned, this is the ultimate stag experience. Here’s a full breakdown of what your weekend will look like:
Friday: Welcome to Your Wild Camp
Arrive at our private wild camp from 4 pm, where you’ll be greeted by one of the Cornish Wave team members at the car park. They’ll give you a warm welcome and show you to your **purpose-built stag camping village**. Handy wheelbarrows will help you move your gear down the short walk to your camp. Once you’ve settled in, it’s time to unpack, grab a drink, and make yourself at home.
Your campsite is fully set up with spacious bell tents (complete with air mattresses), a communal fire pit, an outdoor kitchen, and BBQ facilities. The games area is ready for some fun and banter, with space for games like frisbee, cornhole, or just chilling out with the lads. Plates, cutlery, and cups are provided, so you only need to bring food, drinks, and sleeping bags.
As the evening rolls in, light the campfire, give axe throwing a try, and enjoy your first night in the great outdoors. The camp’s festival lights and firepit create the perfect atmosphere for storytelling, laughs, and toasts to the groom. When you’re ready, retreat to your cosy tent for a good night’s sleep under the stars.
Saturday: Adventure Activities and a Night Out
Kickstart your day with coffee and breakfast surrounded by the peaceful Cornish countryside. Then, it’s time for some serious adventure. Head back to Newquay for a day of adrenaline-fueled activities like:
- Surfing: Catch some waves on Newquay’s world-famous beaches.
- Kayaking: Explore the stunning Cornish coastline by sea.
- SUPZilla: Team up with the lads to conquer the giant stand-up paddleboard.
- Coasteering: Take on an epic journey of cliff jumps, wild swimming, and rock climbing.
After your adventures, you’ll have some free time to head back to camp and relax or freshen up for the evening. For Saturday night, you’ve got two fantastic options:

Sunday: A Relaxed Farewell
Wake up to the sounds of birdsong and enjoy a laid-back morning at camp. Brew a coffee, soak up the peaceful surroundings, and chat about the weekend’s highlights. Check-out is at 10 am, giving you plenty of time to pack up and say your goodbyes.

Our Wild Camp is fully equipt with all you could need for a comfortable nights camping.
Simply bring warm clothes, sleeping bag, and your favourite food & drink.
We can fit up to 24 in canvas Bell Tents and a further 6 in a large tent. We do have further space for pitching your own tents if you wished.
We provide large bell tents, air beds, and pillows. Each tent sleeps up to 4-5 people.
You’ll need to provide your own transport to and from the wild campsite. (15mins from Newquay)
Once you have booked your adventure weekend you’ll be provided with your booking confirmation and details on where to meet us.
Depending on your itinerary you can either meet us at a location near the wild camp (Friday night campers) or follow us out to the site after your activities (Saturday campers)
We have two separate camps within our woodland. Your group will have either one or both of these camps to yourselves. Some areas of the woodland are shared such as the Games area and Barn.
