Studio Fore is a relaxed, surf-inspired holiday apartment in central Newquay, directly opposite Towan Beach. Four custom-built sleeping pods with privacy curtains, individual lights, and charging points — plus a pull-out sofa bed — make this the ideal base for a group who want to be in the middle of it all. Compact kitchenette, private bathroom, board storage, and outdoor shower included.

Yes — Studio Fore and The Loft can be booked as a combined floor booking, giving larger parties a private space with two separate bathrooms and entrances. Get in touch via the form above and we'll confirm availability and pricing.

What's the difference between the two?

Studio Fore is self-catering with a kitchenette, bunk pods, and sleeps up to 6 — great for groups and friends. The Loft is more like a high-quality hotel room — double bed, Nespresso, smart TV, no kitchen. Ideal for couples who want a really good base.

Is there parking nearby?

No on-site parking, but three long-stay Cornwall Council car parks are within walking distance: Dane Road (TR7 1HL), Mount Wise (TR7 2AZ), and Albany Road (TR7 2NQ). In peak season, arriving by train is easy — the station is 10–15 minutes on foot.

Do guests get a discount on activities?

Yes — all guests in Studio Fore or The Loft receive 10% off Cornish Wave surf lessons, coasteering, and other activities. The surf school is directly below, so it really couldn't be more convenient.

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Both apartments have self check-in so you can arrive independently. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability — just ask in advance.

How far is Fistral Beach?

Fistral is approximately a 5 minute walk. Towan Beach is directly across the road — about 30 seconds. You're genuinely in the centre of Newquay's surf scene, with everything walkable.
