Our Giant SUP & Paddleboard Hen Do sessions combine regular Paddleboarding with a super fun Giant paddleboard that can fit up to 8 people on 1 inflated board.
Your Hen group can swap between the two board sizes as you navigate together as a team along the beautiful Newquay coastline. With some optional Giant SUP games along the way such as gladiator trials, diving competitions and maneuvering challenges, our Giant SUP and paddleboard activity for Hens gives everyone the opportunity to get involved at the level they are up for.
For the Hens wanting a more relaxed session, they can opt for a single paddleboard for themselves as they follow the group taking in the sights and laughing from afar at the Hens on the Giant SUP. The perfect mix of fun, adventure and sightseeing.

Lesson Information
You’ll meet us at our HQ in central Newquay to be welcomed by your instructors for the session. You will be given your own wetsuit, buoyancy aid and helmet to style along with your paddle. Suitably dressed and looking like a pro already (cameras at the ready) you will then head down to our paddleboard launch site just a short walk from our base.
We are spoilt for choice with paddleboard locations here in Newquay, so your location will be chosen based on the forecast for that day so you get the very most out of your session. Your instructor will be with you every step and paddle of the way, ensuring your session is safe, structured and of course filled with banter and fun.
Like all of our Hen Activities, our sessions are tailored to your group enabling everyone to take part as much as they wish to. For the Hens wanting a relaxing yet fun experience, they can opt for a single paddleboard for themselves or for the adrenaline seeking Hens they can jump on the Giant SUP together and work to maneuver the Giant inflatable taking on all the fun and obstacles that comes with that!
Your group will be guided along some of the ultimate beauty spots of Newquay’s coastline, offered info on the local nature and coastline all the while your Hen Group is enjoying the sea and getting involved! An adventurous and fun activity that offers everyone the opportunity to take part and get stuck in.
